We are looking for an experienced Radio Frequency Electronics & Hardware Engineer to help us build products for a variety of commercial and government applications. If you have experience in a broad range of applications, from modeling to design, integration, and testing, then we would like to speak with you.
What we are looking for:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years’ experience designing analog, digital, and/or instrumentation circuits
- Experience with high-speed analog circuits and/or RF systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Desire to be part of a dynamic team and willingness to challenge and be challenged by others
- Commitment to growth and learning
- Must be eligible to work in the US and willing to work in person at our Tysons Corner VA office
Other attributes of the ideal candidate:
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Understands the full analog HW stack from silicon, to junctions, to component, to board, and into parasitics, stray fields, and beyond
- Identifies more with HF than 5G
- Proficient with Altium or similar schematic capture and PCB design tools
- Familiar with computational electrodynamic tools such as HFSS or CST
- Familiar with SolidWorks or similar mechanical design tools
- Comfortable with light software coding or scripting
- Hands-on HW experience: can solder, operate a drill press, configure laboratory instruments
